Focus groups create a safe space for employees to tell their work story. This is vital to any organization that is striving for excellence. While it's true that employees are often eager to share their work challenges, we have found they are equally eager to share solutions. Listening carefully to employees and then taking action builds psychological safety in any organization.

SURVEYING

"It's hard to know where you're going, if you don't know where you've been." Surveying is an important part of creating bench marks and measuring outcomes. Pulse surveys are effective for quick progress checks and larger organizational surveys can provide data on program progress, training comprehension and skill development.

Develop and refine a suite of Key Performance Indicators that provide leadership a snapshot of the psychological wellness training and program effectiveness.

MICRO TRAINING VIDEOS

The two key components of knowledge comprehension are consistency and frequency. Micro-training videos are a great way to re-enforce training content. They can be used in meetings, broadcast through e-screens or delivered through e-mail. As with everything at Sleepwell, the content, length and even style can be customized by working with our team.
